We are excited to announce that we've launched an MLB DFS Contest Slate API. This API will allow you to pull all DFS contest slates for a given day, operated by FanDuel, DraftKings, Yahoo and FantasyDraft. The slates include information, such as the start time, Name (Main, Turbo, etc), the games included in the slate, and the players included in the slate, along with their salaries, positions, operator name, and operator IDs. And of course, we also link to the games and player game projections in our API (GameID & PlayerGameProjectionStatID). We will continue to provide DFS salaries through our Projected Player Game Stats APIs, so you can continue pulling the salaries that way. The relevant links are below.

  • Developer Portal Link
  • Data Dictionary (expand DfsSlate, DfsSlateGame & DfsSlatePlayer)
  • Sample API Call: https://api.fantasydata.net/mlb/v2/JSON/DfsSlatesByDate/2017-05-04

Consider this release as a sort of public beta, so please bear with us if there are any data issues in the first couple weeks while we test publicly.

If you have any questions, please contact support@fantasydata.com.

Regards,
FantasyData
